Third picture size instead of original size

EN: Instead of using the original pictures implementation of a third size which will be used for popups to increase loading time for popups

        Das wäre Perfekt wenn man das Einstellen könnte im Konfiguratiosnmanager

        Diese Option sollte dann auch im Konfiguratiosnmanager einstellbar sein. Ja/Nein und die gewünschte Größe

        its better to make the option in the backend "downsize, if width larger: XXXpx" using ImageMagik or GD
